EBONY: Black-led Organizations to Donate to This Giving Tuesday
Social Change Fund United (SCFU) is making Black entrepreneurs business savvy without breaking the bank. The team strives to close the racial wealth gap by helping Black and brown communities generate their own opportunities for success. The California-based company runs programs like SCFU We Got Next, SCFU Legacy and SCFU Rebound to teach communities the skills required to successfully build their businesses and enter the workforce. Supporters can get involved with the program by donating on their website.

SCFU Launch $25,000 Scholarship for HBCU Business Students on Bold.org
Bold.org, the scholarship platform committed to fighting student debt through philanthropy, continues its mission of impact with a new $25,000 scholarship in partnership with the Social Change Fund United, founded by NBA stars Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul, and Dwyane Wade. Now in its third year, the $25,000 Social Change Fund United Scholarship will be awarded to five students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities, each pursuing business-related degrees. Each student will receive $5,000 to support their education.

BLACK ENTERPRISE

EBONY
The foundation has partnered with the Chicago-based organization Gray Matter Experience and the Los Angeles non-profit All Star Code to create the SCFU "We Got Next" program, which aims to provide students and young adults with the knowledge and financial resources they need to launch their own businesses. Together, the initiative hopes to serve 1,000 members in Black and brown communities.
